You can use prior recordings to give potential attendees the experience of what it is like attending your event and what to expect. Typically videos used with a marketing plan increase sales.
In the videos you want elements that draw consumers in and entice them to attend your event.

I have an upcoming annual event, but I don’t have a video. What can CustomShooters do?
In this situation the first thing to do is to reach out to previous attendees to see if they have footage they are willing to share with you. Taking note that these videos could be of low quality and have copyright issues in them. This is where editing comes into play. With proper editing the footage can be salvaged to give an overall idea about the upcoming event.
In the worst case we can use stock footage that is similar to your event. Depending on how much stock footage is used, this can increase the overall cost. We highly recommend having professional footage filmed during any event you host.
